1.This amount is received as mentioned above, only and shall be adjusted against the total plot price upon approval except the amount paid for utilities & others space cost as specified.

2.This receipt does not confer ownership or possession rights.

3. Plot allotment is subject to availability and company approval.

4.Ownership and registration shall be completed only after full payment and execution of registered deed.

5.Cancellation and refund, if any, shall be governed by the company’s prevailing policy.
